Independent Organization

If your organization employs less than 25 healthcare providers, has less than 3 locations, and has no in-house IT support, we consider you an Independent Organizations.

We'd like to partner with you for a group registration event or series of events. This will expedite the individual prescriber registration process.

Benefit

  • Eliminates the requirement for notary in the registration process
  • Quickly register more of your prescribers to utilize the PDMP system
  • Timely and accurate prescription history
  • Improved quality of care
  • Improved public health and safety

How it Works

  • Your department contacts us for group registration event(s)
  • We work with you to schedule date(s), time(s), and location(s) where your prescribers and our staff can meet
  • Your prescribers complete the PDMP on-line registration application and print
  • You instruct your prescribers to bring:
    • Printed application
    • Copy of current drivers license/passport/government ID
    • Copy of current DEA license
    • Copy of current medical license
  • On the day of the event(s), our staff validates and collects documents
  • Our staff completes the registration process within the PDMP system
  • PDMP system sends prescribers an e-mail with a link to get their password
  • Prescribers begin using the system
