California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Public Hearings - RSVP Form

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra will hold four public hearings on the proposed CCPA regulations. Attorney General Becerra requests, but does not require, members of the public who wish to speak at the hearings to pre-register below.

Please note that public comment will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude when the last speaker has finished their presentation. The public hearings will be audio-recorded and transcribed by a court reporter, but will not be livestreamed. The transcript of the hearing and any written comments presented during the hearing will be made part of the rulemaking record. Each speaker will have five (5) minutes to speak. Speakers will receive a number upon registration and speak in order based on the number issued.
