Approved: Regulations regarding the California Volunteer and Employee Criminal History Service (CalVECHS) Program – Title 11, Division 1, Chapter 4.5.

On April 3, 2026, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Department of Justice’s regulation regarding the California Volunteer and Employee Criminal History Service Program and filed it with the Secretary of State. These regulations become effective on July 1, 2026.
