Retirement Letter Request Form (Law Enforcement Only)

DISCLAIMER: The criteria below is needed for a letter of request under the Attorney General’s signature:

  • A written statement on department letterhead from the peace officer’s commanding officer along with the number of years of service for the sworn peace officer
  • The sworn peace officer must be in “good standing” with no adverse actions against him/her
  • The official retirement date
