Ahead of LGBTQ History Month in October, this briefing will highlight CA DOJ's recent actions to support, uplift, and defend the rights of LGBTQ+ communities across California and beyond. LGBTQ History Month is a time to reflect on the history and achievements of LGBTQ+ communities, as well as a call to action to protect civil rights. Amidst a rise in attacks on these rights across the nation, DOJ remains steadfast in its commitment to fight alongside LGBTQ+ communities in pursuit of justice and equality.
CARE Community Briefings are public virtual presentations to share information about CA DOJ reports, publications and resources. Please contact care@doj.ca.gov for any questions about this virtual presentation.
